EPISODE 1
I got up to a very loud noise from my mother’s room, what is it again, I checked the time and it was few minutes past 3:00 in the morning, I pretended like I did not hear, but the noise kept increasing, before I knew it, my younger sister started shouting, brother Henry, daddy daddy.
I jumped out of the bed and hitting my head on the wall, since everywhere was dark, I quickly went back to my bed to pick my phone, switching on the light and heading towards my fathers room, mom what is it, I said opening the door.
Just to meet my fathers l!feless body in the entrance of the bathroom, he fell he fell my mom said cry!ng, I called him, but he wasn’t responding, we rushed him into the car, as I drove at a very high speed to nearby hospital, where he was announced de@d on arrival.
Not again, I said in te@rs, last year, it was uncle Isaiah , upper year was Uncle John, now my daddy, what is wrong??, the news spread so fast and lot of persons started visiting us , and plans for the bur!@l was already ongoing.
I felt so much pity for my mom, 4 kids, me, Jane and the twins, at least I had completed my secondary school education , Jane was in JSS3 and Paul and Paulina are just in primary school.

By evening almost all the consolers had gone except few families that stayed back, I sat down in the sitting room staring at my dads pictures remembering all the beautiful moments we shared together.
He was not s!ck, nothing at all, there was no pre existing ailment, even his blo0d pressure was normal, my dad doesn’t joke with his health and as soon as he clocked 50, his diets was arranged by a dietitian, despite all this, he still d!ed at 54, what a life, I said with a loud sigh.
Henry, my moms sister called out, stop staring at the picture, you will cry more, I know your dad was a good man and no one saw this coming, you have to be strong for your mom and your siblings, she said removing the picture, the table is set, she said walking away with the picture.
